Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I moved to Hilton Head Island in 1998 to pursue a career in Culinary Arts. That path eventually led me to property and regime management—and ultimately to my true passion: real estate.
With over 25 years of local experience, I bring a deep knowledge of the Lowcountry, serving both buyers and sellers with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. My background gives me a strong understanding of master deeds, CC&Rs, budgets, and reserves—especially valuable when working with short-term rentals and residential properties.
Actively involved in the Realtor Association and currently serving on the Board of Directors, I’m dedicated to raising industry standards. I’m also honored to be certified as both a Bluffton and Island Ambassador.
Whether helping first-time buyers, luxury clients, or investors, I take the time to understand each client's lifestyle to find the right fit—not just in a home, but in a community they’ll love. My passion for the Lowcountry and commitment to service make relocation a natural specialty, and I especially enjoy helping educators and newcomers get settled in Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, Jasper County, and beyond.
